The ABC's of Estate Planning: J is for "Jurat"

J is for JURAT. A will or other document that requires a Notary Public (or in some cases, an Officer of the Court) to sign the document and assert that he/she/they saw a person sign the document at the time and place indicated, and that they signed of their own free will, act and deed without undue influence.
