N is for NO-CONTEST CLAUSE. If you are concerned that one of your heirs is litigious, a will or trust can provide that someone who sues to receive more from the estate or trust or overturn the will or trust will lose any inheritance rights he/she/they has. Note - these clauses are not allowed in all states, and can cause further damage to frayed family relationships.
