Even When You All Agree...

Even when legal heirs all agree on how to distribute the assets of a decedent who left no will, it is still usually necessary to go through the courts to have everything distributed properly. At the very least, you will typically have to go court to have an administrator appointed so that they can access the decedent's bank accounts and other financial assets.
